Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
Cash on Delivery
Pay when your order arrives. Available on all campus deliveries.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is accepted.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch by contacting us. Post-dispatch cancellations follow our returns policy.
Delivery
MASProdn offers on-campus delivery within Dhaka. We aim to deliver within 1 business day of order confirmation for campus addresses. Delivery to off-campus locations may take 2–4 business days.
- Delivery is free for all campus orders during our launch period
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate — re-delivery fees may apply for failed attempts
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your stated address
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Contact us at returns@masprodn.com to initiate a return
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty
- Faulty items will be exchanged or fully refunded at our expense
User Conduct
When using MASProdn you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
- Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our service without written consent
